Sobha Limited has launched Sobha Aurum, its first luxury housing project in Greater Noida approved under RERA (RERA No: UPRERAPRJ361748/06/2025). It spans 3.46 acres with a development potential of 9.3 lakh sq ft, consisting of 420 residential units across two towers—one soaring 45 floors, the other 35 floors—making it one of the tallest residential developments in the area.
The project is estimated to involve a ₹800 crore investment. Prices are approximately ₹14,000 per sq ft, placing units in the ₹1–3.5 crore range.
Despite such bigger prices, the developer sold the project within the very first 2 days of the launch.
Configurations range from 1 BHK (739 sq ft) to 4 BHK (over 2,300 sq ft), with prices starting from ₹1.12 crore up to ₹3.48 crore.
Sobha Aurum's location is highly strategic—offering connectivity via the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway, Yamuna Expressway, and upcoming Jewar International Airport—as well as proximity to schools, hospitals, shopping zones, and employment hubs.
The developer emphasizes high-end amenities like a 15,072 sq ft clubhouse, infinity pools, landscaped open areas, private terraces, and energy-efficient design features aligned with luxury and sustainability.
