2019
GoldBucks Realty got formally established as a private limited company, obtained RERA certification.
A group of limited but strong people with an ethical and client-centric mindset came together, and set standard.
2020
GoldBucks got its biggest office in Noida Extension (after Ghaziabad office) which became the central office for most of our sales operations.
Some more people came together, multiple teams were formed and we took off our journey.
2021
GoldBucks Realty got highest ever returns on it's client's investments despite being badly hit by COVID-19.
We sold properties worth 250+ crores getting our clients an average annual return of more than 35% YoY.
We got some very nice office offices in which our clients invested and got very good returns.
2022
GoldBucks acquires an entire Real Estate Project in Noida Extension, restructures its entire construction and sales plan, gets more people on board and sell properties worth 400+ crores in the year itself.
This year, our residential clients saw highest ever returns on their properties along with commercial investors.
2023
GoldBucks Realty gets its first corporate office in Windsor Grand, an IT Park in Sector 126, Noida Expressway.
Entire marketing, data intelligence, IT product development teams have been formed to give our clients more data oriented information and corporate like experience while buying or investing into properties.
